Our business is primarily business-to-business: most of the information we handle relates to healthcare facilities, distributors, and the professionals who buy and sell equipment on their behalf.

• Quote and contact requests — name, email address, phone number, company or facility, shipping destination, and the equipment details, quantities, and notes you send us.
• Equipment you offer to sell — the make, model, condition, and photos you submit, along with your contact and location details.
• Account information — the name, email address, and password you register with. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we never see them.
• Order and billing details — billing and shipping addresses, purchase order or tax-exemption documents, and the record of what you bought. Card and bank details go directly to our payment processors; we do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
• Subscriptions and downloads — the email address you give us for the newsletter or to receive the equipment catalog.
• Support and correspondence — messages you send by email, phone, or through the site, including anything you type into our on-site shopping assistant.

Our servers record standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this to keep the site working, to diagnose errors, and to rate-limit abusive traffic. We do not run advertising networks, third-party analytics trackers, or cross-site behavioral profiling on this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share personal information only as described here. Our service providers may use it solely to perform work for us:

• Payment processing — Stripe and PayPal handle card and account payments under their own privacy policies.
• Account sign-in — Clerk provides authentication and credential storage.
• Email delivery — Resend sends our transactional and subscription email.
• Shipping and logistics — carriers and freight forwarders such as FedEx and USPS receive the details needed to deliver and track your shipment.
• Site and data hosting — our hosting and database providers store the information behind this site.
• On-site assistant — questions you type into the shopping assistant are processed by Google’s Gemini API to generate a response. Do not enter patient information or other sensitive data there.

We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, to protect our rights, safety, or property, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy or notify you of any change.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function — keeping you signed in, securing forms, and returning you to checkout after payment. Your quote list and cart are kept in your browser’s local storage, on your device, not on our servers, until you submit them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, sign-in and checkout may stop working correctly.

We keep quote and order records for as long as needed to service the transaction and to satisfy tax, warranty, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements. Account information is kept while your account is open. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Where information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or remove its identifying details.

The site is served over encrypted connections, administrative access is restricted to authorized staff, and payment credentials are handled entirely by our processors. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator as required by applicable law.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to receive a copy of it. Email info@medimil.com and we will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain.

California residents — you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

EEA, UK, and other regions — where local law grants rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection, we honor them. We process personal information to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business.

Marketing email — every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages about quotes, orders, and shipments.

Medimil Inc operates from the United States and ships worldwide. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

This site is intended for businesses and healthcare professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our pages may link to manufacturer documentation, carrier tracking, marketplaces, and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices — review their policies before providing information.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The revised version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
